Free trial
The three-search web trial requires no card and does not convert into a paid plan automatically. Stop using it at any time.
Fixed-term licences
The new PC-bound payment flow uses one-time payments for a stated term. It does not renew or charge automatically. A new purchase or support-assisted renewal is needed after expiry. Recurring subscriptions are not currently supported by this integration.
Refunds and account closure
For cancellation rights or a refund, follow the Refund policy or contact sales@orbyco.com. For account deletion, contact the same address. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud or transaction purposes; explain this when responding.
