Refund policy.

The guarantee

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask you to sit through one.

This exists because the free trial is one full day, and there is one thing a single day genuinely cannot show you: Signals works by re-checking the same businesses over weeks, so its whole value arrives after the trial has ended. Charging for that and then refusing a refund would be a trick. Fourteen days is long enough to see it.

Renewals

You can cancel at any time, and cancelling stops the next charge while leaving you the access you already paid for. Nothing is deleted — your data was always on your own computer.

If a renewal catches you by surprise — you meant to cancel, you forgot, you had not opened the app in weeks — write to us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it. We would rather return the money than keep it from someone who was not using the product.

Annual plans

The same 14 days apply from the date of purchase. After that the annual term runs to its end; we do not refund the remaining months, and we do not pro-rate part-months. That is the trade-off for two months free, and it is the only reason the annual price is lower.

What we cannot refund

Your API costs. Orbyco runs on your own keys, so what you spend with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Vapi is billed by them, on your account, and never passes through us. We have no way to return money we never received.

This is the other side of not marking up your usage: it is cheaper than a bundled plan and you can audit every call, but the refund for it has to come from that provider, not from us. Set a spending limit with them when you set up the key — it takes a minute and it is the only real protection against a runaway bill.

How to ask

Email sales@orbyco.com with the address you bought with. That is the whole process — no form, no retention offer, no three replies trying to talk you out of it.

Because Paddle sells Orbyco as merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd issues the refund to the card you paid with. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank. You can also request it directly through the link on your Paddle receipt.

Your licence key stops working when a refund is issued. If you want to come back later, write to us and we will set you up again — a refund is not a black mark.
