Contact

One inbox. A person reads it.

No ticket system, no chatbot, no tiered support queue. Write to us and you get a reply from someone who can actually change something.

sales@orbyco.com

We aim to answer within one working day. If it has been longer, send it again — occasionally a reply lands in a spam folder, and that goes both ways.

What people write about

Ask anything — whether it works for your trade, your city, your language. If the answer is no, we will say no rather than sell you a month.

Questions about early access, launch status or planned features. Online sales are not open yet.

Tell us what you did and what happened. A screenshot helps more than a description. We would rather hear it than have you quietly stop using it.

Post reaches us at that address, but email is far faster. Online checkout is not open yet; billing support details will be added before sales begin.
