Delivery policy

1. Confirm payment
Use an email you control at checkout. After Square confirms a completed eligible payment, your order is recorded. A payment confirmation directs you to the account portal.
2. Verify and submit PC ID
Verify the same email in the portal. Install the supported desktop app and copy its 24-character PC ID. Submit that ID against your paid order. One order binds to one PC.
3. Receive and activate
The server signs a licence for that PC and emails it to your verified address. Paste it into the app. Its expiry date is included in the key. If delivery fails, retry from your account with the same PC ID; retry does not extend the licence term.
Problems and availability
Check spam and the checkout email if your order or key is missing. Contact sales@orbyco.com with the payment reference. Public downloads remain closed until installers and the activation service are verified. Supported operating systems and final download sizes will be stated before purchase.
