Legal

Privacy policy.

Written to be read. The short version: Orbyco runs on your computer, so we do not hold your prospects, your messages or your API keys — not because we promise not to, but because they never reach us.

Effective 12 August 2026 · NAYI MANZIL LLC

This policy covers the Orbyco desktop application and this website, both operated by NAYI MANZIL LLC (Organization No. 1509128), a company registered in Kentucky, United States. You can reach us at sales@orbyco.com or by post at 6844 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, Kentucky 40291, United States.

The part that matters

Orbyco is a desktop application. It is not a website you log into and it is not a service that runs on our machines. When you search for businesses, audit their websites, draft messages or send them, that work happens on your computer and talks directly to Google and to whichever AI provider you chose, using the API keys you supplied.

We do not receive that data. Not in a form we delete later, not in aggregate, not for analytics. There is no Orbyco server holding a copy of your prospect list, because there is no Orbyco server in the path at all.

What we do hold

Three things, and only if you give them to us:

  • Your email address and licence details, if you buy a licence. We need these to issue your key and to answer you when you write in.
  • A computer ID, if you activate a licence. This is a value your machine generates so that a key issued to you cannot be used on someone else’s computer. It is not your name, your location or your hardware serial number, and it tells us nothing about what you do in the app.
  • Anything you write to us in a support email. Kept so we can follow the conversation, deleted when you ask.

Payment is handled by Paddle, who sell Orbyco as merchant of record. They process your card details under their own terms and their own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number — we receive only your email address, the plan you bought and whether the payment succeeded.

What stays on your machine

The businesses you find, the audits, the conversations, the drafted messages, your mailbox credentials and your API keys all live in a database file on your own disk — ~/Library/Application Support/ on macOS, %APPDATA% on Windows. Deleting the app or exporting a backup is entirely in your hands. We cannot recover it for you, because we never had it.

The data you collect about other people

Orbyco helps you gather information about businesses — names, public phone numbers, listing data, review counts. In the countries where our customers work, you are the data controller for that information, not us. Contacting those businesses lawfully, honouring unsubscribes and respecting local consent rules is your responsibility. The app is built to make that easier: it declines to email countries that require consent first, and it puts a working unsubscribe and your postal address on every email it sends.

This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers and loads nothing from third-party servers. Nothing here is personalised, so there is no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs containing IP addresses for a short period, as every web host does.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email sales@orbyco.com and we will answer within thirty days. Deleting your licence record means we can no longer reissue your key if you change computers, so we will say so before doing it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the payment processor named above.
