The one that matters most
SignalsPro plan
What it does
Orbyco re-checks every business it has already found for you and tells you when something changed. It runs on its own twice a day — 40 businesses per run, oldest first, so your whole list is covered every few days. It is the same list you built months ago, watched instead of forgotten.
- A website disappeared — the domain lapsed, the host went down, or nobody paid the bill
- A rating fell under 4 stars — the line where people stop scrolling and pick someone else

Why it matters
Almost nobody replies because you messaged them. They reply because you messaged them in the week something changed. You cannot make that week happen — you can be told when it arrives. And not every signal is bad news for them: a business having its best quarter has money and ambition at the same time, which is the easiest version of this conversation.
Finding businesses
What it does
You type a trade and a city. Orbyco pulls every matching business from Google Maps, then opens each one's website and records what is actually broken on it: no HTTPS so browsers warn visitors, no tap-to-call button, a page that returns an error, no way to get in touch at all.
Why it matters
A list of names and numbers is not research. Knowing that this photographer's site is unreachable and has no HTTPS is a reason to write to them, and a first line you did not have to invent.
Who you can actually reach
What it does
Every phone number is read against 60+ national numbering plans. Landlines are marked as landlines, mobiles as mobiles, before you spend anything on them. The dashboard shows the split across your whole list.
Why it matters
A landline cannot receive WhatsApp. Message fifty of them and you have burned an hour, learned nothing, and taught WhatsApp that your number sends to people who never answer. That is how numbers get flagged. It also tells you which trades are worth searching at all — solo photographers list mobiles about 80% of the time, personal trainers 65%, and dentists and bakeries almost never.
Reply odds
What it does
Every business gets a score for how likely it is to answer you, with the reasoning listed in plain words — no website at all, only seven reviews so the owner reads them personally, mobile number, 3.9 stars so they already know. It also learns the days and hours your own replies arrive, and splits your openers into two versions to see which one wins.
- Avoids before 8am, after 7pm and weekends — those read as a machine, not a person
- Avoids Friday midday entirely in Muslim-majority countries
- Says out loud when it does not have enough replies yet to be confident
Why it matters
You have time for thirty messages today, not three hundred. This decides which thirty and shows its working, so you can disagree with it. It is also honest about its own maths: when a split test is ahead but not conclusive, it says so and tells you how many more sends you would need before believing it.
The opener
What it does
One message per business, quoting their real rating, their real fault and their real numbers. It is split into short messages the way a person actually types, and written in their own language rather than translated English.
Why it matters
Everyone can tell a template. Mentioning that they are on 5.0 stars but only 34 reviews, and that their site has no tap-to-call, is not a template — it is proof you looked. And a German photographer reading German is not the same experience as a German photographer reading English written by someone who does not speak German.
Follow-ups
What it does
Collects everyone you messaged who has not answered, drafts the second message for each of them, and lets you read every one before it goes anywhere. You choose how long to wait before it counts as quiet.
Why it matters
Most deals come from the second message, not the first. It is also the message nobody sends, because chasing forty people by hand is miserable. The auto-nudge will only ever write to someone who is already in a conversation with you — it never messages a stranger, which is the thing that gets numbers banned.
Free sample websites
What it does
Orbyco builds a working sample website for each prospect out of their own listing data — their name, their photos, their reviews, their hours.
Why it matters
You are no longer asking for fifteen minutes of their time. You are sending them their own business, already built, and asking what they would change. That is a different conversation, and it is much harder to ignore.

Cold email
What it does
Sends from your own mailboxes, rotated between them, with a working unsubscribe link and your postal address on every message. It shows you exactly which countries it will and will not send to, and keeps its own copy of everything it sent.
- Sends to the USA, Canada, Australia, India, Pakistan, the UAE, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa and similar
- Refuses Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, France and the rest of the EU and UK, where consent must come first
- Anyone asking to be removed is unsubscribed automatically and never emailed again
Why it matters
Cold email works until it gets your domain blacklisted. A real unsubscribe, a real address and a refusal to email where you are not allowed to is what keeps you sending next month. The app also does the arithmetic honestly: one mailbox safely sends about 50 cold emails a day, so 1,000 a day means roughly 20 mailboxes spread over a few domains. Anyone telling you one inbox can carry that volume is describing an inbox that is about to be shut down.
Reading and answering replies
What it does
Reads unread mail, matches each reply back to the business it came from, and drafts an answer that refers to that business's own numbers. Nothing sends itself.
Why it matters
The messages are the easy part. Two hundred replies in four languages across a week is where people give up. This sorts them and gets you to a send-ready answer, but you press send.
Qualified leads
What it does
When someone messages you first, the agent has the conversation, works out what they want, what they can spend and how soon — then hands you the summary with the lead marked hot or warm.
Why it matters
There is a difference between forty replies and two people with a budget. This is the screen where a bakery in Berlin on €500 a month who wants a website and local SEO stops being a chat thread and becomes something you can act on today.
AI voice callsPro plan
What it does
Calls people who contacted you first — inbound only. It refuses to dial a cold number, on purpose, and there is no setting that turns that off. Calling runs through your own Vapi account.
Why it matters
In the US the FCC treats an AI voice as an artificial voice under the TCPA, so calling without prior consent carries per-call penalties. The UK, EU, Canada and Australia each have their own version of the same rule. Message them first; once they have answered, calling is completely fine — and that is where the calls convert anyway.
Inbound ads
What it does
Builds a landing page offering something genuinely free and useful, plus the ad copy to put in front of it. Someone taps, WhatsApp opens with their message already typed, they press send, and your agent takes over. It then reports where people drop out — saw the page, tapped the button, sent the message.
Why it matters
Outreach is you interrupting strangers. Ads are them starting the conversation, and someone who messages you first replies almost every time. It is also the only route that unlocks the voice calling, since they contacted you. The drop-out report is honest about sample size too: at two visits it tells you to wait until about a hundred before deciding anything.

What it does
A one-page branded document with their Google rating, their review count, and what was actually measured on their live site — no HTTPS, four and a half seconds to respond, no tap-to-call button. Then what you would fix first, in the order you would fix it.
Why it matters
It gives you something to send after the first reply, and something to charge for. It also closes itself politely: the report says outright that it was built from public information, that nothing was taken from their systems, and that nothing is being sold on the page. A prospect who has read three specific faults on their own website has already started arguing for the work.
Runs on your computer
What it does
Orbyco is a desktop app, not a website you log into. It uses your own API keys and works with Claude, OpenAI or Gemini — you pick, and you can switch whenever you like. Your prospects, conversations, mailboxes and keys sit in a file on your own disk.
Why it matters
Your prospect list is the most valuable thing you own. It should not sit on the server of a company you have never met, and it does not need to. There is no Orbyco server holding a copy, because there is no Orbyco server. Being able to change model also means you are not trapped if one provider raises its prices — the app works the same either way.

Every one of these would be easy to build. Every one of them ends with your number, domain or mailbox gone — usually in the month after it starts working.
Cold-calling with an AI voice
Illegal in much of where our customers work, and hated everywhere else. The calling only rings people who contacted you first.
Blasting hundreds of messages an hour
Sending is paced and capped. A number that fires 400 cold messages before lunch is a number that is gone by dinner.
Unofficial WhatsApp gateways
No grey-market APIs, no warm-up tricks, no rotating burner numbers. Those work right up until they take your number with them.
Emailing consent-first countries
Where the law says permission comes before the first email, Orbyco declines to send. You cannot switch that off.
