Your licence

A paid subscription gives you a licence to run Orbyco on the number of computers included in your plan — one for Starter and Pro, three for Agency. The licence is yours to use, not to resell, redistribute, rent or sublicense. Your key is cryptographically signed and bound to a specific machine.

If you replace a computer, reinstall your operating system or a disk fails, write to us and we will issue a replacement key. There is no charge for that and no limit we hold over you; we only look at it if the pattern suggests the licence is being shared.

The free trial gives you one full day of full access. When it ends the app asks for a key. It does not delete your data.

Acceptable use

Orbyco sends messages on your behalf, from your accounts, to people you chose. You are responsible for what you send and for the law where you and the recipient are. In particular you agree that you will not use Orbyco to send messages that are unlawful in the recipient’s country, to impersonate anyone, or to contact people who have asked you to stop.

The app refuses several things by design and you agree not to try to work around them: it will not cold-call, it will not send through unofficial WhatsApp gateways, it paces and caps sending, and it declines to email countries whose law requires consent before a first message. These limits protect your accounts. If you modify the application to defeat them, this licence ends and any consequence is yours.

No promise of results

Orbyco is a tool, not an outcome. Cold outreach in this market returns replies at roughly 1% to 15%, and where you land inside that depends on your trade, your city, your offer and your timing. We publish that range on our pricing page rather than in the small print. We make no guarantee of leads, clients or revenue, and any claim to the contrary is not one we have made.

Orbyco depends on services we do not control — Google, WhatsApp, email providers and AI model providers. If one of them changes its rules, its pricing or its interface, parts of the app may stop working until we adapt. We will adapt as fast as we reasonably can.

Payment, API costs and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Paddle, who sell Orbyco as merchant of record — so Paddle.com Market Ltd is the seller on your receipt and handles the tax. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no lifetime licence, for the reason set out on the pricing page: support costs do not stop, so a one-off price is a promise we would eventually break.

API costs are separate and paid by you, directly. Orbyco uses your own keys for Google Places and for Claude, OpenAI or Gemini. Those providers bill you on your own accounts — typically $5–15 a month in normal use, with Google Places free up to $200 of usage. We do not resell that usage and add no margin to it. We are not responsible for charges you incur with those providers, and you should set your own spending limits with them.

Liability

Orbyco is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or for the suspension of an account you use with the app by a third party such as WhatsApp, an email provider or Google.

Because your data lives only on your computer, keeping backups is your responsibility. The app can export a full backup from Settings; we cannot restore anything for you.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms materially we will say so on this page and update the effective date, and we will email licence holders. These terms are governed by the law of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States.
