Email us from the address linked to your Orbyco account. Include only the account email and a clear request to delete your account or personal data. Do not send passwords, card details, licence keys or identity documents unless we explain why a proportionate identity check is necessary.

Other rights and marketing opt-out

You can request access, correction, restriction or portability, or object to processing. To stop optional marketing, email an unsubscribe request. Marketing is not a condition of using the trial. Essential security, purchase and account messages are separate.

How we respond

Where UK GDPR applies, we normally respond within one calendar month. If a lawful extension is needed for a complex request, we explain the reason within that first month. We verify account ownership proportionately. Some payment, fraud-prevention, dispute or legal-obligation records may need to be retained; we explain the category and reason rather than promising that every record can immediately be removed. Backup copies may remain until normal backup replacement and must not be used for unrelated purposes.
